1. What we collect

Account data (name, company, email), configuration you create (agents, phone routes, integrations), and operational call data your agents handle: call metadata, audio recordings, transcripts, and extracted details such as callback numbers and appointment requests.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: routing calls, running your agents, showing you recordings and analytics, metering usage, sending transactional email (verification codes, invitations, alerts), and preventing abuse. We do not sell your data or use your call content to train foundation models.

3. Subprocessors

Calls and platform features rely on infrastructure and AI providers — telephony carriers, speech and language-model providers, cloud hosting, payments (Stripe), and email delivery (Resend). Each receives only what is needed to provide its function.

4. Retention & deletion

Call recordings and transcripts are retained while your account is active so you can review them; you can request deletion of specific recordings or your entire account by contacting support@phoneiq.co.

5. Callers' rights

If you interacted with a business using PhoneIQ agents and want your data reviewed or deleted, contact that business directly or reach us at support@phoneiq.co and we will route the request.
