Terms of Service

1. The service

PhoneIQ Voice Agents ("the Service") lets you create and operate AI voice agents that answer and place telephone calls on phone numbers you control. The Service is provided by PhoneIQ ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account & acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful robocalling, spam, harassment, impersonation without consent, or any use that violates telephony regulations applicable to you (including TCPA and state recording-consent laws). We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. Calls, recordings & consent

You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from call participants for AI handling and call recording in your jurisdiction, and for disclosing that callers are speaking with an automated agent where required.

4. Tokens & billing

Usage is metered in tokens; tokens cover the calls your agents answer and the texts they send. Each plan starts with a 7-day trial that includes 1,000 tokens and requires a card on file — you are charged only if you stay past the trial. Trial tokens are complimentary, non-transferable, and carry no cash value. Paid plans and top-ups are billed through Stripe; fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI agents can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing how your agents behave. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to your account email. You may close your account at any time. Contact: support@phoneiq.co.
